Key Responsibilities: Driving Growth and Innovation
- Develop and execute short-term, mid-term, and long-term growth strategies for the Amazon Protein partnership, aligning with blithequark's overall business objectives.
- Collaborate with Protein leadership to align sales forecasts, ensure adequate brand support, and drive business growth through data-driven insights.
- Lead negotiations and discussions with customers to drive long-term strategic growth, fostering strong relationships and maximizing business opportunities.
- Utilize data and insights to inform merchandising, marketing, and promotional strategies, optimizing the online presence and sales performance of our Protein portfolio.
- Oversee relationships with content development and media agencies to optimize creative content, ensuring it meets the highest standards and drives customer engagement.
Essential Qualifications: The Skills and Experience We Require
- A minimum of 5 years of experience managing a P&L or Digital Commerce business, with a proven track record of driving growth and profitability.
- Previous sales experience managing customer/retailer relationships, preferably with Amazon or other major eCommerce platforms.
- Strong business judgment and decision-making skills, with proven P&L management experience and the ability to drive business outcomes.
- Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels within the organization and with external partners.
