As a key member of our Enterprise ECRT and Energy team, you will be responsible for leading customer programs that accelerate business outcomes through the promotion and sale of transformational professional services programs. Your expertise will drive strategic and financial value for customers, ensuring delivery excellence and project closure in your assigned accounts or territories. **Key Responsibilities** - **Execution of Long-Term Strategic Customer Transformation Roadmaps**: Develop and execute comprehensive customer transformation roadmaps that drive near-term results in ProServe and Platform bookings and revenue. - **Lead Business Outcomes**: Articulate accelerated customer outcomes through cloud technologies, driving business growth and revenue expansion. - **Unified Account Plan and Pursuit Plan**: Collaborate with the AWS account team (platform sales) to develop a unified account plan and pursuit plan that aligns with customer goals and AWS Professional Services business objectives. - **Establish Executive Relationships**: Build and maintain executive relationships across Technology & Business groups, securing executive sponsorship for programs and driving business outcomes. - **Internal Network Development**: Establish a strong internal network at arenaflex, particularly with internal organizations critical to success, including the account team, Partner team, Global Services organization, Finance, and Legal. - **Strategic Advisor and Expert**: Assume the role of a strategic advisor and expert, providing deep knowledge of the cross-section of customers' businesses and available cloud services. - **Annual Bookings and Revenue Targets**: Deliver on annual bookings and revenue targets, aligning deal structure with key customer goals and arenaflex Professional Services business objectives. - **Shared Learnings and Mechanisms**: Support scale through shared learnings and mechanisms across the Professional Services sales team. **About the Team** **Diverse Experiences** arenaflex values diverse experiences and encourages candidates from all backgrounds to apply.
