As a Customer Engagement Officer, you will play a vital role in enhancing, promoting, and managing the involvement of customers in making decisions about their homes and communities.
**The Role**
We are currently recruiting for two fixed-term contract roles, with one role due to end on 31st March 2025 and the other no later than April 2025. As a Customer Engagement Officer, you will work with involved customers to help improve our services and use a range of communication tools to engage effectively with wider communities and external partners. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Developing relationships with key service areas and departments to embed a customer-centric approach, supporting colleagues to effectively engage customers
* Maintaining a consistent approach to logging customer engagement across the Group in a way that can evidence impact and value
* Working with Customer panels to carry out reviews of the effectiveness and impact of the customer engagement initiatives and making recommendations for future development
* Facilitating customer engagement initiatives, including leading meetings, focus groups, and community events
* Designing effective communication materials for customers
* Communicating effectively with internal or external stakeholders
**What We Are Looking For**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Previous experience of working in a Customer or Community Engagement role
* Experience of facilitating customer engagement initiatives, including leading meetings, focus groups, and community events
* Knowledge of the legal and regulatory framework relevant to Housing
* Experience of designing effective communication materials for customers
* An ability to communicate effectively with internal or external stakeholders
* A DBS check will be carried out before commencing employment
* The ability to drive and have access to a vehicle due to occasional need to travel to arenaflex sites
