**Job Summary**
As a Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, resolving issues efficiently, and building strong relationships with our clients. You'll work closely with our warehouse team to coordinate product availability, schedule daily shifts, and ensure seamless communication with our customers. **Key Responsibilities**
* Process customer orders, track product availability, and handle customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
* Verify inbound receipts for accuracy and maintain organized documentation
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through professional communication and issue resolution
* Generate customer reports as requested, including weekly and monthly late/bill reports
* Coordinate product availability and schedule daily shifts with the warehouse team
* Collaborate with Operations to resolve special client requests and expedite when necessary
* Serve as the first point of contact for customer issues and resolve them efficiently
* Maintain and file documentation in a comprehensive and organized manner
**Additional Responsibilities**
* Partner with Inventory and Operations to research inventory discrepancies and misplacements
* Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and knowledge
**Minimum Requirements (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities)**
* High School diploma or GED (may be required depending on facility)
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English may be required)
* Excellent organizational skills, including ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
* Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
* Ability to lift a minimum of 20 lbs./9 kgs. (weight may be more dependent upon facility)

* Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
