Job Overview: Associate Trainer Position
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Associate Trainer to join our Education & Training department. As an Associate Trainer, you will play a crucial role in delivering education and training on our products, technology, sales skills, and processes to both new and existing agency and call center staff. Your expertise will be instrumental in enhancing the skills and knowledge of our team members, enabling them to provide exceptional service to our members. This position requires travel nationwide for up to 2-6 weeks at a time, as well as occasional evening and weekend training sessions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Educating Employees: Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs to new and existing employees, focusing on technical skills and product knowledge in classroom settings.
- Virtual Class Development: Create and conduct virtual classes via web conference tools, utilizing adult learning methods to ensure engaging and effective learning experiences.
- Presentation Development: Design and deliver presentations for classroom and web conferences, consistently updating management on progress and incorporating feedback to enhance the learning experience.
- Travel and Expense Management: Effectively manage travel arrangements and complete expense reports in a timely manner, ensuring seamless execution of training programs.
- Communication and Organization: Respond promptly to emails and other forms of communication, submit rosters accurately and on time, and prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
Qualifications and Skills:
