Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Apple Online Store Sales Area Manager to join our team. As a Sales Area Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Group Managers and sales specialists to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance the overall customer experience. This is a full-time, remote opportunity with a competitive salary of $24 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Group Managers and sales specialists to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer experience, and enhance operational efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Retail Contact Center management, global partners, and internal stakeholders to drive business results
• Work with Seller Management, Merchants, and Training teams to ensure seamless execution of business initiatives
• Drive functional improvements, identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction, and share best practices across the organization
• Perform administrative tasks, including holding staff meetings, conducting regular one-on-one meetings, talent development, performance management, and defining goals and expectations for direct staff

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a customer service/support environment
• Minimum 2 years of direct leadership and management experience, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
• Experience in driving, training, promoting, and developing managers or supervisors
• Knowledge of ACD reports, Workforce Management, and other key disciplines related to managing a large-scale call center
• Experience with co-business liked and ability to quickly understand customer impact of issues and identify potential solutions
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP, spreadsheet management, and Featured discussion
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate goals, vision, and expectations
• Strong work ethic, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Conscientious self-starter, with a strong sense of accountability and responsibility
• Experience with comprehensive leadership behaviors and embracing the responsibility to build, develop, and retain diverse teams
