Key Responsibilities

Lead business analysis for enterprise integration initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to capture and document requirements.
Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and requirement elicitation sessions.
Analyze current systems and workflows to identify modernization opportunities.
Translate business needs into technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Support interface/integration management and configuration/reporting tasks.
Assist in solution design, documentation, and data modeling.
Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Manage requirements traceability and change control throughout the SDLC.

Microsoft Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, MS Project, SharePoint, Teams
Requirements Management: Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence
Data Tools: SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Power Automate
Process Modeling: Lucidchart, Visio
Collaboration: Microsoft Teams, Outlook

Basic technical knowledge and standard analysis techniques

Experience & Education

Minimum 4 years as a Business Analyst
At least 2 years in a Lead BA role
Experience with systems integration and Agile/hybrid environments
Preferred: BA/BS in Business, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or Computer Science
Relevant experience may substitute formal education
