About the Position
The Executive Assistant will provide administrative support to the VP of Social Media & Influencer Partnerships, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and contributing to the success of our social media and influencer marketing efforts. Key Responsibilities
- Scheduling and Coordination: Handle complex scheduling responsibilities with precision and attention to detail, ensuring that all meetings, appointments, and events are well-coordinated and executed flawlessly.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the full social department, including tasks such as opening social handles, processing contracts, and preparing itineraries.
- Travel Arrangements: Make travel arrangements for the VP and other team members, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars, as well as preparing detailed itineraries.
- Expense Reports: Prepare and manage expense reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Meeting Coordination: Coordinate meetings by preparing agendas, securing and planning space, and facilitating content development, as well as attending meetings, taking notes, and tracking action items.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- Administrative Experience: At least 1+ year of administrative experience in the entertainment industry, with a proven track record of providing exceptional support to senior executives.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities and priorities effectively.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, executives, and external partners.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Google Docs, as well as the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.

- Additional Administrative Experience: 2+ years of administrative experience in the entertainment industry, with a deeper understanding of the industry and its nuances.
