This is a remote position.
The Digital Media Coordinator position will develop and execute digital media campaigns and develop and execute content strategy for PR by the Book.
Qualifications:
- Self-starter with initiative and creativity
- 3+ years of social media campaign development & execution
- Proactive problem solver that is solutions-oriented
- 2+ book industry experience
- Positive attitude/team player
- Proficiency in Social Media Applications: FB, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite/Express, or similar creative design platforms
- Proficiency with web and social media analytics
- Independently manages workflow
- Excellent communication skills, able to effectively communicate and manage clients
- Strong social media writing skills
- Social media advertising knowledge and skills strongly recommended
- Graphic design skills recommended
Responsibilities:
- Digital Media Campaign Execution - Develop strategy and execute social media campaigns - including content strategy, content generation, consultation, social media audit, and social media reporting
- Support traditional media campaigns through digital media platform content strategy and execution
- PR by the Book Content Management - Create strategy and content for PR by the Book digital media outreach for all digital media applications - Blog/Website/Twitter/ Facebook/Pinterest/LinkedIn/TikTok
- Attend client meetings.
- Manage social media analytics for PR by the Book and client campaigns
- Research newsworthy topics/events, angles, influencers, and digital media trends
- Manage the digital media intern
