What we’re searching for: The perfect candidate for us will be a responsible and experienced house cleaner. Experience working with short-term rental properties is preferred, but not required. Candidates need to be extremely detail oriented and unafraid to go the extra mile to ensure the guests have a great vacation stay. If you’re the type of person who walks by a mostly clean window or a stainless steel fridge and asks yourself “Is that a smudge?!” then this is the job for you. Whoever takes this job will need to be attentive and open to communication and feedback in order to help maintain RenewCrew standards. A full background check is required for this position. Responsibilities include: Thorough cleaning of kitchens, bathrooms, etc. Dusting of all surfaces including ceiling fans, light fixtures and door frames Cleaning glass doors and windows Streak free mirrors, stainless steel and stovetops Clean cabinet faces Thorough general residential cleaning Laundry (linens and towels) either on site or in office Making of beds and inspecting / setting out towels Learning and utilizing the software system Breezeway Delivering linens and supplies to properties as needed Report any damages to the rooms Respond to requests and/or guest complaints with professionalism and patience Maintain adequate inventory of supplies and consumables and restock when necessary Strictly adhere to health and safety rules and regulations Schedule: Monday to Saturday flexible  Sundays required 10-40 hours per week flexible Qualifications:  Proven experience as a housekeeper or cleaner preferred Able to work with minimal supervision and maintain a high level of performance Friendly, customer-oriented personality Strong organizational skills and an eye for detail Able to work quickly without compromising quality Capable of light lifting and standing for long periods This is a remote position.
