Key Responsibilities

- Supporting the pharmacy team in the practice of pharmacy, including assisting the pharmacist with dispensing medication, processing prescriptions, and maintaining patient records.
- Operating pharmacy systems to enter patient and drug data, process prescriptions, and maintain accurate records.
- Maintaining a clean and well-merchandised store environment, including counters, cabinets, and inventory.
- Processing customer transactions, including sales, returns, and exchanges, and handling customer inquiries and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Supporting the pharmacy team with inventory management, including ordering, unpacking, and storing pharmaceuticals, and maintaining accurate records.
- Providing customer support in the photo area, including digital passport photo service, poster print, and creative services.
- Assuming online pick-up responsibilities, including monitoring orders, filling orders, and providing orders to customers.
- Maintaining a clean and safe store environment, including exterior and interior maintenance, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Customer Experience
As a Pharmacy Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, including:

- Maintaining accurate records, including patient records and inventory.
- Supporting the pharmacy team with inventory management, including ordering, unpacking, and storing pharmaceuticals.
- Maintaining a clean and well-merchandised store environment, including counters, cabinets, and inventory.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful as a Pharmacy Customer Service Representative, you will need:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with patients, customers, and colleagues.
- A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the pharmacy team.
- Ability to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
- Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
- Ability to earn and maintain PTCB certification through the unique PTCB training program and/or state required certification/registration.
Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience in a retail or pharmacy environment.

- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
