**Key Responsibilities**
As a Senior Data Analyst, Customer Analytics, your primary responsibilities will include:
* **Partnering with cross-functional teams**: You will work closely with various teams to understand new and existing Ads product offerings and recommend the right metrics and experiments to measure performance.
* **Enabling advertisers to achieve business results**: You will provide insights and measurement to help our advertisers achieve their goals, focusing on customer and media metrics.
* **Developing and presenting reports and dashboards**: You will create and share reports and dashboards with cross-functional teams, providing visibility into key business KPIs and metrics.
* **Conducting analyses and building recommendations**: You will independently conduct analyses using rigorous analytic methods and build recommendations that drive decision-making and business prioritization.
* **Executing experimentation roadmaps**: You will implement experiments and tests, monitor results, and present recommendations to stakeholders.
* **Generating and sharing actionable insights**: You will create and share written artifacts, such as decks and memos, and verbally present insights in forums like weekly standup meetings.
**Who We're Looking For**
We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Analyst, Customer Analytics, who possesses:
* **Quantitative background**: A BA/BS in a quantitative discipline like Math, Computer Science, Economics, or Analytics is required. An MS in Business Analytics is highly preferred.
* **Hands-on experience in business and/or product analytics**: You should have at least 3+ years of experience working with large, multi-dimensional datasets, preferably at fast-growing tech companies.
* **Exceptional communication skills**: You should be able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with various stakeholders.
* **Technical skills**: You should be skilled in extracting and transforming data from Snowflake warehouse using SQL and have hands-on experience in designing, building, operating, and maintaining Tableau dashboards.
* **Knowledge of customer growth concepts**: You should have knowledge of customer growth concepts, such as CAC/LTV, retention curves, onboarding, and activation funnels.
* **Experience with tools and technologies**: You should have experience working with tools like MMPs (e.g., Adjust, AppsFlyer), CRM tools (e.g., Braze), web analytics (Google Analytics), product analytics, and experimentation tools (e.g., Amplitude, Eppo, Mixpanel).
* **Experimentation and statistics skills**: You should have experience in experimentation (A/B tests, geo tests, etc.) and basic statistics (e.g., hypothesis testing).
* **Ability to play a "trusted advisor" role**: You should be able to play a trusted advisor role to senior and executive leadership, helping to make change happen.
* **Fast learner**: You should be a fast learner, able to admit defeat, ask for help, and iterate quickly to learn from mistakes and move ahead.
* **Collaborative and resourceful**: You should be able to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and peers on the data team, while being resourceful and scrappy in delivering insights to the right teams in a timely manner.
