About the Role
This is a full-time, remote opportunity that offers the flexibility to work from anywhere. As a Data Entry Clerk at blithequark, you will be responsible for locating and inputting data for 12 specific attributes per document across approximately 330 documents. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential in completing this task accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and extract relevant data from documents, including contract type and effective date.
- Accurately input data values into a provided Excel worksheet.
- Consult with the Legal team as needed to clarify any discrepancies or uncertainties.
- Maintain a high level of data accuracy and attention to detail throughout the project.
- Work independently in a remote capacity, managing your time effectively to meet project deadlines.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- Proficiency in Excel, with the ability to efficiently and accurately enter data into spreadsheets.
- Experience using a MacBook, with a strong understanding of its operating system and software applications.
- A strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accuracy in your work.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple documents and tasks simultaneously.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with the Legal team as needed.
While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred:
- A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience, demonstrating a strong foundation in administrative or clerical work.
- Previous experience in a data entry or administrative role, with a proven track record of accuracy and efficiency.
