Key Responsibilities:
As a Data Entry Assistant, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Processing Incoming Orders and Returns: Accurately process and manage incoming orders, returns, and other documents to ensure seamless data entry.
- Preparing and Sorting Documents: Prepare and sort documents for data entry, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Reviewing and Entering Data Updates: Review and enter data updates in our systems, maintaining accurate records and identifying discrepancies.
- Reviewing Discrepancies: Investigate and resolve discrepancies in data received, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Organizing Monthly Sales Reporting: Organize and prepare monthly sales reports, providing valuable insights to our team.
- Performing Office Tasks: Perform various office tasks, including filing, photocopying, and other administrative duties.
Essential Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Previous Experience: Previous experience in data entry or a related field (1-2 years).
- Typing Skills: Excellent typing skills, with a minimum of 40 words per minute.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Attention to Detail: Deadline and detail-oriented, with a keen eye for accuracy.
- Microsoft Excel: Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and other related tools (e.g., Google Sheets, Microsoft Office).
