We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative I. This is a full-time temporary position with blithequark Strategies, scheduled for 45 to 90 days of employment. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our customers, primarily through outbound and inbound call campaigns related to the Department of Education's Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).
