Key Responsibilities

• Handle in-bound calls from third-party clients with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring that every interaction is a positive one.
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing accurate information, processing inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely manner. Escalate calls as necessary to ensure that complex issues are addressed promptly.
• Document all calls appropriately, adhering to our structured procedures and policies to maintain high-quality service.
• Maintain a professional demeanor at all times while on the call center floor, adhering to internet rules and regulations.
• Continuously work towards professional development by enhancing your knowledge of the cases and projects handled by our clients. Utilize downtime productively to improve your skills and performance.
• Demonstrate reliability and dependability by adhering to attendance requirements and complying with scheduled breaks to ensure seamless phone coverage.
• Attend all scheduled training sessions as required, staying up-to-date with the latest procedures and best practices.
• Perform other general tasks as required or necessary, showcasing your flexibility and willingness to adapt to the needs of the team.

Qualifications and Skills

Essential Qualifications

• High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma.
• At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in Customer Service or a Call Center environment, with a proven track record of delivering excellent service.
• Proficiency in desktop applications and typing at a speed of 35-40 WPM.
• Schedule flexibility, with the ability to adapt to changing needs and priorities.
• Effective communication and literacy skills, with the ability to read scripted responses naturally and confidently.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in handling escalated calls with empathy and professionalism.
• Excellent computer skills, including the ability to multitask, review documents with attention to detail, and type accurately.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues efficiently.
