About the Role: Customer Service Account Associate

As a Customer Service Account Associate at blithequark, you'll be an integral part of our team, working to astound customers with effective resolution, proactive account management, and customer education. You'll be responsible for determining and resolving root causes to customer concerns and inquiries, identifying revenue and service enhancement opportunities, and exploring customer needs to develop loyal and profitable customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide effective and timely resolution of various customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring that customers receive the support they need in a prompt and courteous manner.
• Build customer loyalty and value through effective account management, identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant products and services, and collecting past-due balances.
• Deliver exceptional customer service using resource documentation and automated tools, ensuring that customers receive a seamless and personalized experience.
• Meet department productivity and quality standards, ensuring that you're consistently delivering high-quality results and exceeding customer expectations.
• Approach each customer interaction with a can-do mindset, treating every customer with respect, courtesy, and a genuine desire to help.
• Complete training requirements to develop new skills and processes, grow your knowledge of systems, and enhance your proficiency in company values, organizational requirements, and competencies needed for the Expert role.

Requirements and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:

• A High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• The ability to work efficiently with multiple applications and computer screens simultaneously.
• Being at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.

While not required, the following preferred qualifications will give you a competitive edge:

• 6 months of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Windows applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
