Role Description We are looking for a Creative Strategist & Producer to serve as the critical bridge between our clients' business goals and our agency's overall creative execution.
This is a hybrid role. You are part strategist, part client-partner, and part creative producer. You will be responsible for leading client-facing meetings, analyzing performance data to uncover winning hooks, running creative workshops, and managing the end-to-end production pipeline for the agency. While your primary focus is high-level strategy and production management across various client accounts, you must have hands-on experience with Generative AI tools to effectively brief the team and jump into execution when the pipeline requires it.
What You'll Do
• Client Leadership & Communication: Act as the primary strategic point of contact for key accounts. Lead weekly client syncs, present creative concepts, and run strategic workshops with the team to align on upcoming campaigns.
• Performance-Driven Strategy: Analyze weekly performance data via Motion App and conversion metrics to understand what creative is winning. Translate that data into actionable, high-conversion creative briefs for the broader creative team.
• End-to-End Production Management: Own the creative pipeline. Take concepts from the ideation phase through briefing, generation, editing, and final client approval, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met across the agency.
• Modern Creative Execution: Utilize the latest generative video and image models to storyboard, mock-up ideas, or directly generate assets when necessary to accelerate the agency's production workflow.

• A Strategic Communicator: You are incredibly comfortable in a client-facing environment. You know how to take raw data, build a narrative around it, and present a creative vision that clients trust.
• Data-Informed, Creatively Driven: You understand performance marketing. You know that a beautiful video is useless if it doesn't convert, and you obsess over hooks, pacing, and calls-to-action.
• Operations savy: You are organized and thrive on learning/building systems. You know how to brief an editor, animator, or AI artist so clearly that the first draft is clearly defined.
• Forward-Thinking: You aren't just reading articles about the future of production; you have hands-on experience and understand both the capabilities and the limitations of current generative tools alongside traditional post-production.
Qualifications
• Agency or Production Experience: 2+ years working in creative strategy, performance marketing, or creative producing at an agency level.
• Client-Facing Expertise: Proven experience managing client relationships, running meetings, and presenting creative concepts to stakeholders.
• Fluency in Modern Workflows: Hands-on experience with standard editing workflows (Premiere Pro, After Effects) as well as current generative video and image models (Nano Banana, VEO, Kling, etc.).
• Adaptability & Leadership: You remain cool under pressure, can manage multiple client pipelines simultaneously, and know how to shield your execution team from scope creep.
• A "Show Me" Portfolio: Please include a portfolio or case studies that showcase your strategic thinking, past campaigns you’ve produced, and any examples of how you've utilized emerging tech in your workflow.

• Role Type: Full-Time
• Compensation: $70,000 – $110,000 per year (Commensurate with experience).
