Responsibilities
• Perform introduction/welcome calls for new clients. • Communicate with clients in a professional and enthusiastic manner. • Answer client questions thoroughly and in a timely manner. • Assist clients with licensing applications/NMLS needs. • Review client's company website and social media accounts for state/federal advertising requirements. • Perform advertising reviews on print ads, social media posts, videos, etc. • Assist clients with pipeline management (review of applications, how to adverse/disposition applications, etc.).
• Complete Mortgage Call Reports and annual or quarterly Financial Condition Report. • Perform file reviews for disclosure and record retention requirements. Requirements
• 3+ years of mortgage compliance experience. • Experience with Mortgage Compliance Advertising and/or Mortgage Licensing process. • College Degree or related experience. • Experience with Mortgage Brokers preferred. • Excellent customer service skills (verbal and written). • Ability to multi-task. • Attention to detail. • Ability to maintain productivity in a remote work setting.
• Basic Computer and Home Office Maintenance abilities.
