**The Role**
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in helping us collect, analyze, and act on customer feedback. You'll work closely with our cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement new data entry processes and tools that will help us better understand our customers' needs and preferences. Your expertise will be essential in helping us drive business growth and success through data-driven insights and analytics.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Collaborate with our utility teams to outline, design, and implement new data entry processes and tools that meet business needs
* Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Voice of the Customer (VOC) methods and leverage them to inform data entry processes and analytics
* Design and build robust data models to support high-performance data processing and standardized metric definitions
* Develop and implement big data and batch/real-time analytical solutions using transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python) to deliver innovative solutions that ensure data quality and accuracy
* Provide guidance on optimizing data entry processes to drive efficiency in computing programs using large data ecosystems
* Develop and implement consumer tale evaluation and elaboration, design and development of software programs, testing and builds automation tools
* Proactively identify and automate repetitive tasks to improve productivity and efficiency
* Collaborate with colleagues from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, increase, and review statistics for various use cases as part of the VOC cease-to-quit technique
**Essential Qualifications**
* Hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, PySpark, Python, shell scripting languages, development life cycle management, and troubleshooting understanding for data-driven tasks for a span of no less than 3 years
* Ability to collaborate with dating managers/product owners to expertise functional requirements and convert them into technical deliverables
* Familiarity with Agile methodologies of delivery, where small increments of a product are introduced at regular intervals to business groups
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience with data entry processes and tools, including data modeling, data warehousing, and business intelligence
* Familiarity with data analytics and machine learning techniques, including predictive modeling and data visualization
* Experience with cloud-based data platforms, including Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure
* Certification in data science, data engineering, or a related field
