Job Summary
As a Cloud Support Associate - Level 4 GovCloud, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, providing tailored solutions to complex technical issues, and driving customer interactions. This is a fully remote role, offering you the flexibility to work from anywhere.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide advanced troubleshooting and technical support to customers via telephone, email, and web/live chat.
- Apply advanced troubleshooting techniques to provide unique solutions to customers' individual needs.
- Interact with leading technologists around the world and resolve customer issues.
- Partner with Amazon teams in India to help reproduce and resolve customer issues.
- Leverage extensive customer support experience to provide feedback to internal Amazon teams on how to improve our services.
- Drive customer communication during critical events.
- Drive projects that improve support-related processes and customers' technical support experience.
- Write tutorials, how-to videos, and other technical articles for the developer community.
- Work on critical, highly complex customer problems that may span multiple AWS services.
Essential Qualifications
- 6+ months of software development experience with object-oriented language.
- 6+ months of scripting language experience.
- 6+ months of network and operating system support experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent, or 6+ months of technical support experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS) and database.
