Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a City Partner at 2Point Logistics, responsible for managing and growing relationships with local businesses. The City Partner will oversee operational activities, coordinate logistics, and ensure exceptional service delivery. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, facilitating partnerships, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive growth and improve operations in the assigned region.
Qualifications
• Strong skills in Relationship Management, Customer Service, and Communication
• Experience in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, and Operations
• Proficiency in Market Research, Business Development, and Strategic Planning
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Familiarity with technology platforms, including logistics or POS systems
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and deliver results
• Previous experience in a similar role or the small business sector is an asset
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field is preferred but not compulsory
