Now Hiring: Regional MDS Assistant PACS North Bay Region Pay starting at $125,000 (DOE) Full-Time PACS North Bay Region is hiring a Regional MDS Assistant to support our Regional MDS Consultant across our skilled nursing facilities. What You’ll Do As the Regional MDS Assistant, you will help support the success of our centers by assisting with MDS operations and providing administrative and clinical support to the Regional MDS Consultant, including: - Assist with MDS scheduling, tracking, and audit support across multiple facilities - Support timely completion of MDS assessments, CAAs, and care plans - Help ensure compliance with CMS regulations, PDPM guidelines, and state requirements - Monitor and report on MDS completion, timeliness, and documentation accuracy - Assist with coordination between DONs, ADONs, MDS Coordinators, therapy, and interdisciplinary teams - Support education and follow-up related to MDS processes and best practices - Help prepare reports, organize data, and maintain regional MDS documentation What We’re Looking For - Strong understanding of MDS processes in a skilled nursing setting - Active RN license in CA - Excellent organization, follow-through, and communication skills - Ability to manage multiple priorities across facilities - Comfortable working with interdisciplinary teams and leadership - Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) is a plus - Clinical background (RN/LVN) preferred, but not required depending on experience Why Join PACS North Bay Region? - Competitive salary from $120,000 - $130,000 - Work closely with a strong regional clinical leader - Opportunity to grow your career at a regional level - Supportive leadership and a team-focused culture - Make a direct impact on compliance, quality measures, and reimbursement success Apply Today If you’re ready to take the next step in your career and support strong clinical outcomes across multiple facilities, apply today to join PACS North Bay Region as a Regional MDS Assistant.
