Order Processing: Efficiently manage customer orders, including order entry, tracking, and resolution of any issues that may arise during the fulfillment process.
Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer complaints and concerns, striving for first-contact resolution whenever possible.
Customer Education: Educate customers on product features, benefits, and installation procedures to ensure a seamless experience.
Data Entry: Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our database.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with our sales, marketing, and product development teams to ensure a cohesive customer experience.
Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the improvement of our customer service processes by providing feedback and suggestions for enhancement.
Required Skills:
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a friendly and empathetic approach to customer interactions.
Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think on your feet.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and order processing.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer skills and proficiency in using customer service software and databases.
Previous customer service experience preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate.
