Amazon Account Manager — UK & U.S. Marketplaces (Remote)
We're a growing Amazon and multi-marketplace e-commerce agency working with UK consumer brands. We need a proactive, detail-oriented account manager to take ownership of 1–2 client accounts to start, with room to grow.
What you'll be doing:
• Managing day-to-day Amazon Seller Central operations for UK brand accounts across UK and U.S. marketplaces
• Flat file uploads — inventory files, listing updates, bulk changes
• Opening, managing and chasing Amazon cases through to resolution
• Listing maintenance — content updates, variation management, troubleshooting suppressed/stranded inventory
• Monitoring account health and flagging issues before they become problems
• Emailing clients directly — responding to requests promptly, keeping them updated, and being the reliable point of contact they can count on
What we're looking for:
• Fluent English — written communication needs to be professional and clear, you'll be emailing UK brand owners directly
• Proven experience with Amazon Seller Central (UK and/or U.S.)
• Comfortable with flat files and bulk operations
• Knows how to navigate Amazon case management and get results
• Proactive — you spot things that need doing and get on with it without being chased
• Strong client communication skills — this is just as important as the technical side
• Based in UK, Europe, Americas, or Africa — must be able to overlap with UK business hours

Nice to have:
• Experience with PPC or listing optimisation
• Familiarity with tools like Helium 10, Keepa, or Sellerboard
• Experience working agency-side with multiple brand accounts
