The Mulholland Drive Company is an opportunistic Real Estate Development firm focused on acquiring and developing raw land for residential use. We are looking for a skilled acquisitions agent who is open to working hard, learning, and seeing the fruits of their labor.
Responsibilities include:
• Property ownership research.
• Property owner cold calling.
Day-to-Day Summary:
• You will be given a list of properties (addresses or APNs).
• It will then be your job to find the owner of this property, contact them, gauge their interest in selling, and continue to follow up with them to obtain a response.
Qualifications:
• DRE license is not required for this position, however 1-2 years demonstrated experience with property ownership research and cold-calling is required.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Strong work ethic and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently without the need for ongoing supervision.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.

Job Types: Contract, Full-Time
Pay: $3,000/month Base Pay + $2,000-$3,000/month Extra in Commissions
• Guaranteed base salary with the potential to earn much more
• No need to source buyers (as we will be the purchasing party)

• $100/Lead Passed along
• $500/Signed Letter of intent
• $2,500/Deal entered into Escrow
• Realistic lead generation of 5 per week
• Please expect to make 200 calls/day
