Corpay is currently looking to hire an Accounts Payable Outsourcing & Client Support Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for providing Invoice Management services while serving as a primary point of contact for clients to resolve all daily account issues.
Responsibilities
- Learning and understanding Invoice Automation Solutions offered for each client on a customized basis
- Serving as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, addressing client needs and facilitating both invoices and file exchange
- Executing a range of AP and payment-related functions at the direction of clients
- Communicating clearly and professionally with coworkers, supervisors, and clients
- Completing data entry from international invoices, ensuring accurate and concise data policies for micro-hedging
- Complying with all applicable policies, standards, guidelines, compliance, and controls
- Performing additional duties as assigned by supervisor
Skills
- Microsoft Office experience (required)
- General computer literacy and touch-typing skills (required)
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately with minimal supervision
- Organized and able to multi-task and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Previous client service experience (strongly preferred)
- Previous data entry experience in an office setting (preferred, not required)
