We are seeking an Account Director for the Insurance Practice to generate business development and new sales with large and mid-size accounts in North America in the personal lines and life insurance verticals. The role will work closely with Sales Leadership, the Insurance Practice team, and the Consumer Insight team to develop a robust pipeline for short and long-term growth of our Insurance business.
Requirements
- 5+ years in consultative and enterprise account selling with a proven track record of business development success and quota achievement.
- Bachelors Degree
- Client or supplier side experience with data analytics, preferably within the Insurance field, but not necessary.
- High emotional intelligence.
- Ability to build rapport and business relationships.
- Strong presentation/public speaking skills.
- Comfortable with Travel 20%.
- Excellent organization and follow-up skills.
- Strong verbal and written skills.
- Comfortable with CRM systems, Salesforce.com, Excel, Power Point, etc.
