Name of the position: Salesforce Commerce Cloud & Incentive Compensation (SPIFF) Consultant  Location: Remote Mode: Parttime (10-20 hours week) Years of experience: 8+ Years  Shift: UK shift  Overview We are seeking a highly experienced consultant with expertise in Salesforce Commerce Cloud and incentive compensation design, including SPIFF (Sales Performance Incentive Fund) programs. This role will drive end-to-end digital commerce implementation while aligning sales incentive structures to accelerate revenue growth, improve conversion, and optimize partner/channel performance. Key Responsibilities 1. Commerce Cloud Implementation & Architecture - Lead end-to-end implementation of Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) - Design scalable B2C and/or B2B eCommerce architectures - Configure:- Product catalogs, pricing, promotions - Checkout flows, payment integrations - Customer journeys and personalization - Ensure seamless omnichannel experience across web, mobile, and integrations 2. SPIFF / Incentive Compensation Strategy - Design and implement SPIFF programsto drive:- Sales acceleration - Product-specific pushes - Channel partner engagement - Define incentive models aligned to:- Revenue targets - Margin optimization - Strategic product adoption - Build frameworks for real-time incentive tracking and reporting 3. Salesforce Ecosystem Integration - Integrate SFCC with broader Salesforce stack:- Sales Cloud (pipeline & opportunity tracking) - Service Cloud (customer support integration) - Marketing Cloud (campaigns & personalization) - Enable unified customer data and journey orchestration - Collaborate with CRM and data teams for 360° customer view 4. Data, Analytics & Performance Optimization - Define KPIs across commerce and sales incentives:- Conversion rates - Average order value (AOV) - Sales uplift from SPIFF programs - Build dashboards and reporting frameworks - Continuously optimize promotions, pricing, and incentive effectiveness 5. Stakeholder & Program Leadership - Partner with business stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, eCommerce, Finance) - Translate business goals into technical and incentive design solutions - Lead workshops, requirement gathering, and roadmap definition - Drive change management and user adoption Required Qualifications - 10+ years of experience in Salesforce ecosystem implementations - Hands-on experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) implementations - Proven experience designing and managing SPIFF / incentive compensation programs - Strong understanding of:- eCommerce architecture & workflows - Sales operations and compensation models - Experience integrating Salesforce platforms (Sales, Service, Marketing Cloud)
