They are looking for a motivated Junior Sales Representative to support their growing cybersecurity practice by identifying prospects, qualifying leads, assisting with proposals, and maintaining customer relationships. Responsibilities Identify and research potential customers in target markets Conduct outbound prospecting (email, phone, LinkedIn) to generate qualified leads Scheduling discovery calls and client meetings Maintain accurate records in the CRM system Provide positive, professional experience for all client interactions Learn and articulate basic cybersecurity concepts (network security, cloud security, identity, risk, data retention, compliance) Develop familiarity with cybersecurity products, managed services, and consulting offerings Skills Formal recognized accreditation (Diploma, Degree) Strong communication and interpersonal skills in the English language Interest in cybersecurity, technology, and consulting services Self-motivated, energetic, organized, and eager to learn Comfortable using Microsoft Office Benefits Competitive base salary and incentive plan Structured onboarding and sales training Ongoing mentorship from experienced sales and cybersecurity professionals Opportunities for career advancement into Account Executive or Consulting Sales roles Support for cybersecurity or sales certifications (where applicable) Flexible work environment and collaborative culture Company Overview Balanced+ is an IT consulting firm that offers cybersecurity, data analysis, and software development services.
