The Customer Support Consultant will help B2B customers with their inquiries, providing solutions and support via various channels such as calls, chats, and tickets. Responsibilities Help and inform customers so they make the right decisions themselves Ensure that our B2B customer group gets the help they need in a professional way Come up with solutions where necessary to make improvements Responsible for webcare, handling inbound calls, chats & tickets (via the Zendesk system) Answer questions about various topics such as software, shipments, and other issues customers can encounter Skills Customer Support is totally your thing: you are a good listener and you like to help, advise and find solutions Your communication skills are Fluent in English (and a second language such as: Dutch/Spanish/French/Italian/German) Multitasking is your second nature and you have a pro-active and commercial mindset You want to grow along with Sendcloud and are available full-time (40 hours/week) - your working day starts at 14:30 PM and ends around 11:30 PM (Monday - Friday) You are based in Zagreb, Croatia Previous experience in Customer Support is a big plus Knowledge of online products / e-commerce and/or SaaS (Software as a Service) is big plus Benefits Holidays: 28 per year on a full-time basis + a free holiday on/around your birthday After 3 years of employment, you get a mini-sabbatical of 4 weeks Keep growing with a study budget of €2000 per year (you can freely choose to use it for books, courses, seminars or certifications) Hybrid work option & a WFH budget of €500, so you can get yourself a nice setup ️ Access to many different discount programs, shop til you drop!
