Essential Qualifications and Skills To excel in this role, you should possess: A valid teaching certification with a specialization in elementary education or a related field. A minimum of 2 years of experience teaching second-grade students or a similar age group. A strong understanding of child development principles and learning theories. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues. The ability to adapt to a remote work environment and leverage technology to facilitate learning. A passion for creating inclusive and engaging learning experiences. Preferred Qualifications A Master's degree in Education or a related field. Experience with curriculum design and implementation. Knowledge of educational technology and digital tools.
