About the Role We're on the hunt for a talented and dedicated Customer Service Associate to work from the comfort of their own home, anywhere in the world. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering top-notch service to our valued customers, ensuring their needs are met, and their expectations are exceeded. Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional support via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues promptly and professionally, and fostering a positive and loyal customer base. Key Responsibilities Answer a high volume of phone calls, emails, and chat messages daily, responding promptly, accurately, and courteously to customer inquiries and concerns. Track orders efficiently and accurately, ensuring timely updates and resolutions. Identify and respond to cross-sell opportunities, presenting customers with relevant products and services that meet their needs. Resolve customer service issues promptly and accurately, within established company guidelines, and in a manner that retains and promotes customer loyalty. Assist with order verification, damaged/lost package claims, and reshipments, ensuring seamless and efficient resolution. Qualifications and Requirements To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a unique blend of skills, experience, and personal qualities. Here are the essential requirements: Dedicated office space with a computer, 2 monitors, keyboard, mouse, and headset. Availability to work 7:00 am to 4:00 pm Eastern Standard Time, with flexibility to work overtime hours and weekends during holiday seasons. At least 6 months of experience working remotely, with a proven track record of productivity and self-motivation. Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service position, providing support via email, calls, chat, and social media. 1 year of experience working with Zendesk or a similar customer service ticketing system. Strong computer skills, including data-entry and keyboard skills, with the ability to navigate multiple software applications. Experience working with metrics such as handle time, quality assurance, and more, with a focus on continuous improvement. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate in English (bi-lingual is a plus!). High school degree, GED, or equivalent work experience, with a strong foundation in customer service principles and practices. A customer-first mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional service and building lasting relationships. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following skills and experience will give you a competitive edge: Previous experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a proven ability to adapt to change and navigate uncertainty. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively. Experience working with customer service metrics and analytics, with a focus on data-driven decision making. Certifications or training in customer service, such as CSS or CSE, with a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
