Virtual Assistant for Podcast & Content Studio (YouTube, Social, Short-Form Video)
We operate a creator-led podcast and content studio based in New Jersey. We produce podcasts, video content, and short-form social clips for creators, founders, and local brands. We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our podcast publishing and social content workflows. This role is execution-focused but requires someone who understands how content actually gets distributed and consumed on YouTube and social platforms. This is ongoing, part-time work. We’re opening this role to overseas candidates, but quality, communication, and follow-through matter. Responsibilities - Podcast & Long-Form Publishing - Publish full podcast episodes to YouTube - Identify and format key timestamps for YouTube chapters and show notes - Publish audio episodes to Libsyn - Create and upload featured images for WordPress and YouTube - Publish show notes as a new post in Duda and embed video and audio - Update LNK.BIO links when new episodes go live Social Media Execution - Create Reels using OpusClip and Canva, including adding music - Write light promotional copy and schedule video clips across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts (direction will be provided) After Reels go live: - Add location tags - Complete in-app checks - Reshare Reels as Stories - Schedule additional NJ Content Studio posts from a partner Instagram account Admin & Coordination - Send guest emails using provided templates - Keep publishing workflows organized and on schedule - Proactively flag missing assets, errors, or opportunities to improve workflows Requirements - Experience publishing content on YouTube and social platforms - Familiarity with tools such as OpusClip, Canva, Libsyn, or willingness to learn quickly - Knowledge of MONDAY.com, Slack, and Go High Level - Strong attention to detail. Titles, timestamps, formatting, and links matter - Organized, responsive, and consistent with deadlines - Comfortable following SOPs and asking clear questions Bonus if you have worked with podcasts, content studios, or creators Time Commitment - Part-time - Ongoing - Flexible hours, but deadlines are non-negotiable Apply tot his job
