The technician will support the telemonitoring team with daily administrative and operational duties related to the management and growth of Choice's Remote Patient Monitoring service. This role demands a mastery of multi-tasking across multiple departments with demonstrated time management and the ability to consistently meet critical deadlines. Responsibilities • Coordinate with our RPM Support Team to have devices on-hand for new installs and service calls • Work with new clients in their place of residence to review and sign paperwork and instruct them on how to properly use our cellular enabled blood pressure cuff to transmit daily readings to our clinical staff • Perform service calls with our current clients to fix or replace devices that are not working properly • Complete electronic notes for all client visits • Return signed documents to our RPM Support Team • Reports to Telemonitoring Coordinator Job Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent • 18 years of age or older • Valid driver’s license, personal vehicle and full coverage auto insurance • Proven ability to deliver unparalleled customer service • Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills • Strong computer skills with the ability to effectively maneuver internet based productivity/email tools, Microsoft Office and Google Suite applications • Fluent in English/Spanish/Vietnamese Apply tot his job
