I am seeking an experienced U.S. patent attorney (USPTO registered) to review, refine, and file a provisional patent application (PPA) for a new physical commercial product. A full draft of the provisional application is already prepared, including the written description, embodiments, figures, and claims. I do not need the application rewritten — only a professional legal review, refinement where necessary, and filing through the attorney’s USPTO-verified account. This project is best suited for an attorney who regularly handles consumer-product inventions. Scope of Work 1.
