Department: 12128 Enterprise Corporate - Physic Community Health Access Status: Part time Benefits Eligible: Yes Hours Per Week: 20 Schedule Details/Additional Information: Part-time, 20 hours, 3 evening shifts per week. Every other weekend. Holiday rotation. Pay Range $34.90 - $52.35 The position is primarily remote: Must be able to report on site within 1 hour of Winston-Salem. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing for Registered Nurses with a minimum of three years of varied clinical experience preferred in telephone nurse triage, ambulatory settings, and inpatient medical-surgical inpatient units. LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION, and/or REGISTRATION: • Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of applicable state • BCLS certification required unless CPR skill demonstration is medically contraindicated. • Valid driver's license required. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: • Adheres to AHWFBH standards to promote a positive work environment through effective and professional communication skills, interpersonal relationships, and team building. • Provides telehealth nursing services to diverse populations in the health system. • Interactions and communication align with diversity and inclusion principles • Engages patients with the goal of improving clinical outcomes and promoting patient/customer satisfaction. • Advocates for patients and families. • Communicates and collaborates with other individuals and providers within the health system. • Demonstrates responsibility for professional and personal development.
