These are our current challenges and future goals: We’re looking for a Technical Project Manager to join our Tech Infrastructure team and lead complex, cross-functional system projects that form the backbone of Glow’s operations. Our objective is to unify and streamline the systems that keep the business running - from ERP and order management to fulfillment, accounting, and supply chain. Glow is scaling fast, and our operational backbone needs to keep pace. Tech Infrastructure provides the systems that make growth reliable - ensuring orders flow smoothly, finance has accurate data, and supply chain processes scale without breaking. Your immediate focus will be the ongoing ERP implementation, ensuring it stays on track and delivers what the business needs. But this role is not limited to ERP. Over time, you’ll take ownership of other Tech Infra initiatives, applying a structured, repeatable way of running projects that brings clarity, efficiency, and alignment across teams. This is where we need your support: Bridge Between Business and Technology: You translate business requirements into system-ready specifications and facilitate continuous alignment so that system design, implementation, and business needs remain aligned throughout the project Create Repeatable Project Practices: You establish structured ways for running technology infrastructure projects and develop methods and templates that can be applied to projects beyond ERP Stakeholder Management: You align with Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, and other functions to keep system projects aligned with business priorities while providing transparent updates to technology leadership and senior stakeholders You have the following experience: You have proven experience as a technical project manager, ideally in ERP or other enterprise system implementations With your strong coordination and organizational skills, you are able to keep multiple workstreams aligned Through technical and system fluency, you are able to engage meaningfully with consultants, engineers, and integrators.
