Survey Research Associate

The Survey Research Associate will contribute to all aspects of the survey product, working with internal stakeholders to design, analyze, and market surveys while ensuring accurate programming and execution of the surveys. Responsibilities Process survey data to generate accurate tabulated results, including subgroup data cuts and trend comparisons Clean and prepare survey datasets to ensure compatibility with internal Python processing scripts Organize and maintain survey data files so they are easily accessible and well-documented for team use Program and configure surveys in Qualtrics Partner with cross-functional teams to set up and launch surveys effectively Monitor surveys in the field to ensure smooth operations and timely issue resolution Support internal teams with survey outreach and marketing efforts Skills Earned Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college/university Strong Excel skills and experience with Python, SQL, R, or comparable data analysis tools Previous experience supporting survey fielding or survey operations Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy Strong work ethic driven by intellectual curiosity, persistence, and tenacity Excellent written and oral communicator Creative thinking and resourcefulness in problem-solving Strategic thinker with a track record of finding creative solutions to improve workplace processes and systems High-level organization and time management skills with the ability to be proactive, effectively prioritize tasks, and efficiently respond to urgent requests Awareness of and interest in what happens in Washington Experience with Python Familiarity with AI-enhanced coding tools (e.g. Cursor, Windsurf, Warp) Company Overview Gravity Research offers societal and reputational intelligence, stakeholder influence analysis, and procurement influence mapping.
