Join Schneider Electric as a Sales Intern for an 8-week paid program focused on consultative sales in the Public Sector. Your Role Here’s what you will be doing: • Receive exposure to Schneider Electric, the Public Sector team, and the relationship-driven sales process • Immerse in the company culture focused on servant-leadership • Contribute to projects within your assigned region • Receive training and coaching from experienced sales development team members • Interact with the Public Sector leadership team • Shadow Sales and Operations team members managing client relationships • Work with a regional contact to coordinate project work and shadowing opportunities About You The company is looking for candidates who have: • Enrollment in a bachelor’s degree program with graduation in December 2026 or May 2027 in Entrepreneurship, Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, Communications, or Management • Knowledge of sales/business development principles • Ability to engage customers effectively • Strong communication, leadership, relationship management, problem solving, consulting, teamwork, and self-starter skills • Desire to pursue a career in sales • Ability and willingness to travel locally during the internship • Current full-time work authorization in the United States without visa sponsorship Compensation & Benefits • Full-time, paid 8-week internship (40 hours per week) • Hybrid work arrangement Training & Development • Training and coaching from experienced sales development team members • Exposure to leadership and client relationship management through shadowing Career Progression • Internship serves as a pathway to full-time employment with Schneider Electric’s sales team upon graduation How to Apply Submit an online application to be considered.
