As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, Customer Acquisition, you'll be part of a dynamic and innovative team that's shaping the future of gaming entertainment. **Key Responsibilities** As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, Customer Acquisition, your key responsibilities will include: * Developing and delivering the marketing strategy to maximize customer acquisition, focusing on traffic and conversion. * Building partnerships across the immediate and broader organization, identifying potential new traffic channels, and rapidly launching initiatives to test effectiveness and scale. * Growing and evolving existing traffic channels, driving the strategy, initiatives, and tracking mechanisms for continuous improvement. * Partnering with Product, UX, and GTM teams to develop best-in-class landing page experiences and messaging to drive customer conversion. * Building a deep understanding of traffic and conversion, and stepping up as the subject matter expert and thought leader in your domain. Regularly diving deep and inspecting key metrics, working with data science teams to surface and analyze new metrics as needed. Identifying patterns and key insights, surfacing in weekly/monthly business review mechanisms, and driving continuous learning and improvement. * Managing the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns: defining message & copy, driving legal reviews, providing & driving creative brief, defining target customer segments, driving localization, campaign building, launching, and performance tracking. Demonstrating hands-on leadership in developing and executing new initiatives from concept to completion. Leveraging merchandising teams, marketing channel SMEs, and Tech/BI teams to scale & automate. * Managing multiple initiatives simultaneously, navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment. * Adapting global strategies to meet local needs — identifying country-specific nuances that require tailored approaches to maximize adoption and engagement while meeting legal requirements. **A Day in the Life** As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, Customer Acquisition, your day will be a dynamic blend of strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, and data-driven decision-making. You'll navigate complex marketing landscapes, craft compelling narratives that drive global impact, and develop marketing strategies that resonate across diverse markets. We're committed to breaking down barriers and connecting players globally through advanced technology and creative marketing approaches. **Basic Qualifications** * 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience * Ability to juggle multiple priorities and make things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; strong bias for action * Excellent verbal and written interpersonal skills; ability to work successfully with and influence all levels of an organization * Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and evaluate outcomes * Experience with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms, and willingness to learn new tools **Preferred Qualifications** * MBA or advanced degree * Background in customer acquisition, growth marketing * Gaming industry experience * Experience with subscription-based services **What We Offer** At blithequark, we offer a total compensation package that reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $128,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $212,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
