Long-term role – tech/e-commerce company We are looking for an experienced Organic Growth Strategist to lead our content across social media, SEO blogs, and AI-driven creatives. This role is for a senior-level expert, not beginners. Responsibilities Manage and grow organic content on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Threads, X, Pinterest Create content calendars + daily posts using strong hooks & storytelling Use AI tools to generate images and creatives Work with a video editor to produce short-form videos Respond to comments & manage community engagement Research trends, competitors, and customer avatars Write or oversee SEO blog content (2–4 per month) Track performance and prepare weekly & monthly reports Monitor brand reputation using tools like SproutSocial Deliverables Weekly: 14–20 social posts 3–5 short-form video concepts Trend report Engagement & comment management Weekly analytics update Monthly: Full content calendar 2–4 SEO blog articles Competitor analysis Growth roadmap Requirements 3–5+ years in social media or content strategy Proven experience growing brands organically (portfolio required) Excellent English copywriting & storytelling Strong knowledge of TikTok/IG/YouTube algorithms Skilled with AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Freepik AI, ChatGPT) SEO writing + keyword research Independent, proactive, highly organized How We Work Communication via Slack or WhatsApp Tasks managed in ClickUp Clear expectations, fast decision-making, no micromanagement You take ownership and propose growth ideas weekly To Apply Please send: Portfolio or case studies Social accounts you’ve managed A short explanation of how you would grow our organic presence in 90 days Apply tot his job
