About the position SCS Engineers is looking for someone to join our established team serving the Northern California market, currently from either the Pleasanton or Santa Rosa offices (hybrid work is an option). We are a nationwide firm of growth-oriented Seller-Doers seeking a full-time Senior Environmental Professional ready to take on a senior position to help expand our Environmental Services practice into the areas of indoor air, soil vapor, soil and groundwater mitigation/remediation. Responsibilities • Grow/Expand our indoor air, soil vapor, soil, and groundwater mitigation/remediation practice area • Develop new and existing clients • Assist in staff utilization and development within Northern California • Manage and be financially and technically responsible for projects • Seek profitable ways to increase ES staff in Northern California • Play a leading role in new client acquisition • Collaborate in developing strategies for expanding client success • Draft and review proposals • Enhance the value of services for existing clients • Work with a team of professionals to assist clients in resolving environmental challenges Requirements • Bachelors or Masters of Science in an environmental related science or engineering field required • 10+ years of related work experience required • 5+ years working at an environmental consulting firm required • Track record in designing and implementing mitigation/remedial measures for Northern California project sites • Business Development experience in the Northern California market required • Personnel Management experience required • Project Management experience required • Professional registration (P.E. or P.G.) preferred • Excellent leadership and communication skills • Outstanding client service track record • Valid driver's license and driving record in good standing required Benefits • Medical, Dental, Vision, Life and Disability Insurance • 100% employer-funded Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) and 401K including employer match • Annual Bonus Program • Student Debt Employer Contribution Program • Paid holidays, PTO and Paid Parental Leave Apply tot his job
