As a Senior Data Entry Clerk - Remote, you will be part of a dynamic team that is dedicated to making a meaningful impact in the lives of patients and healthcare providers alike. **Job Summary** We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Data Entry Clerk - Remote to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating data entry devices to perform a variety of data entry duties across functions, including Claims and Network Operations. As a lead role, you may also be required to review and verify the work of lower-level employees. This is a full-time position (40 hours/week) with the flexibility to work occasional overtime and weekends based on business need. **Key Responsibilities** * Operate data entry devices to perform a variety of data entry duties across functions, including Claims and Network Operations * Review and verify the work of lower-level employees (as required) * Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases * Ensure data entry is completed in a timely and efficient manner * Collaborate with team members to resolve data entry issues and improve processes * Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge * Adhere to blithequark's Telecommuter Policy and maintain a dedicated work area that is separate from other living areas and provides information privacy **Required Qualifications** * High School Diploma/GED (or higher) OR 1+ years of equivalent working experience * Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications, including the ability to learn new and complex computer system applications * Prior stable work experience * Availability to work any 8-hour shift (40 hours/week) between the hours of 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, including occasional overtime and weekends based on business need * Telecommuting requirements: + Dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy + Ability to keep all company-sensitive documents secure (if applicable) + Must live in a location that can receive a blithequark-approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service **Essential Skills and Competencies** * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to remain focused and productive each day, despite repetitive tasks * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) * Ability to learn new software applications and systems quickly **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in a data entry role, preferably in the healthcare industry * Familiarity with electronic health records (EHRs) and practice management systems * Certification in medical coding or data entry (e.g., CPC, CMC, CEDS) * Experience with data analysis and reporting **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
