Your primary responsibilities will include: * Working with customers to understand their requirements, challenges, and business outcomes, and providing expert guidance on how to achieve their cloud security goals * Driving adoption and expansion within our customers from a technical angle, including onboarding, implementation, and technical enablement * Collaborating closely with our Product Managers to influence the product roadmap and ensure that our solutions meet the evolving needs of our customers * Conducting regular customer visits across EMEA every 4 to 8 weeks to provide ongoing support and guidance **What You'll Bring** To succeed in this role, you'll need to bring the following skills and experience: * Excellent English language skills and the ability to work in remote and international teams * A track record of owning customer relationships, including implementation and identification of expansion opportunities * 10+ years of experience as a solutions architect, field engineer, or similar customer-facing roles such as sales engineering, customer success engineering, or DevOps consultant, with a background in SaaS companies * Domain knowledge in Cloud Native technologies, including Container, Kubernetes, and Cloud * 10+ years of experience with DevOps tools such as Terraform, Helm, and API scripting, with a strong understanding of security and monitoring tools such as Prometheus or Falco **What We Offer** When you join blithequark, you can expect: * Extra days off to prioritize your well-being * Mental health support for you and your family through the Modern Health app * A great compensation package **Why Join Us?** We're not just looking for someone to fill a role – we're looking for a team member who shares our passion for cloud security and our commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
