Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Senior Salesforce Administrator for one of our top clients to join their dynamic and expanding team. This role offers significant opportunities for professional growth and the chance to work with emerging technologies such as Agentforce. The Salesforce organization consists of six specialized teams with each supporting different business units, featuring Architects, Developers, Administrators, QA’s, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners. As a Senior Salesforce Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing their existing Salesforce applications. This is a pivotal role focused on optimizing and evolving their application rather than building it from the ground up. Requirements: • 5 Years of Salesforce Administration Experience – configuring, maintaining, and enhancing existing applications • Salesforce lightning experience – customizing lightning pages, components, flows and optimizing user experience • Experience with DevOps/release management tools such as: Copado, Gearset, Flosum, or SF DX for deployment automation and version control • Certified Salesforce Platform Administrator • Financial Industry Experience – Banking is ideal Nice to have: • Salesforce Financial Services Cloud – Highly desired! • nCino Experience – Highly desired! • APEX Triggers • Advanced certifications such as Platform Administrator II or Platform Developer Responsibilities: • Manage and maintain Salesforce environments, including configuration, ongoing maintenance, and continuous improvements to meet evolving business needs. • Design, build, and optimize workflows, process automation, and Flows using Salesforce Flow Builder to enhance business processes. • Customize Salesforce Lightning pages and components to improve user experience and adoption across teams. • Collaborate with development and release teams to execute deployment automation using DevOps and release management tools such as Copado, Gearset, Flosum, or Salesforce DX.
