Sales & Partnership Specialist – Part-Time (Remote)

Job Summary: Smart Buy Cabinetry is a growing digital platform that connects homeowners with cabinetry professionals across North America. We’re looking for a motivated and professional Sales & Partnership Specialist to join our remote team on a part-time basis. In this role, you’ll be responsible for responding to sales inquiries, giving platform demos, converting leads, and onboarding professionals and cabinetry brands. You’ll also upsell services and drive email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns. Responsibilities: • Respond to inbound leads via phone, email, and chat professionally and promptly • Conduct live demo sessions of the Smart Buy Cabinetry platform for new professionals • Convert free sign-ups into paid users by explaining the benefits of our services • Reach out to cabinetry professionals and brands to onboard them onto the platform • Upsell premium services like featured listings and custom design support • Execute email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns and follow-ups • Maintain accurate records of all activities in CRM or tracking tools • Collaborate with the marketing team to improve sales strategy and lead quality Qualifications: • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management • Strong English communication skills (verbal and written) • Experience with phone and email communication for North American markets • Familiarity with CRMs and email outreach tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.) • Ability to present and explain platform features in a simple and engaging way • Comfortable working independently and meeting weekly goals • Knowledge of the cabinetry, home improvement, or interior design industry is a plus Job Type & Compensation: • Job Type: Part-Time (Remote) • Hours: 20 hours/week • Schedule: Flexible (Must be available during some North American business hours) • Compensation: $12 to $15 per hour (Paid weekly) Benefits: • Work remotely from anywhere • Flexible schedule • Opportunity for growth into a full-time role • Contribute to a fast-growing platform in the home improvement industry • Direct access to leadership and a collaborative team culture About Smart Buy Cabinetry: Smart Buy Cabinetry is a digital platform designed to simplify how homeowners find, compare, and connect with cabinetry professionals.
