Sales Operations Analyst Needed for Sales Analysis, HubSpot Management, and Performance Reporting

We are looking for an experienced Sales Operations Analyst to provide structured support across our sales process and team performance management. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent HubSpot knowledge, and the ability to deliver clear and accurate reporting that supports decision-making. Key responsibilities • Analyse sales performance data and provide insights that support forecasting and planning • Manage and optimise our HubSpot setup to ensure that our sales process is efficient and easy to follow • Create and maintain performance reports across the full sales cycle • Reconcile sales team input metrics with output metrics to ensure accuracy, alignment, and accountability • Provide training and guidance to our sales team on how to use HubSpot effectively • Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement within our current sales process Requirements • Proven experience in a Sales Operations or Revenue Operations role • Strong experience working with HubSpot, including workflow optimisation, reporting, and pipeline management • Excellent analytical and data reconciliation skills • Ability to create dashboards and performance summaries • Strong communication skills and confidence delivering training to team members • Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to improving processes • Comfortable working independently and providing recommendations to management • Availability for a few overlapping hours with UK/European time zones is required Apply tot his job
