Shortened Job Description (Indeed Optimized) Job Type: Full-Time Location: Remote (Must be willing to travel) Salary: $140,000 – $150,000 annually Visa: Any visa except H1B & OPT Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to drive revenue growth and expand enterprise client relationships. The ideal candidate will have strong B2B IT services sales leadership experience within manufacturing, retail, healthcare, or automotive domains and a proven ability to close complex deals. Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute B2B sales strategies across manufacturing, retail, healthcare, and related industries • Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, negotiation, and closure • Build and manage relationships with C-level and senior decision-makers • Lead and mentor sales teams to achieve revenue targets • Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams on go-to-market strategies • Track market trends and competitive insights to drive growth Must-Have Qualifications • Proven experience in B2B IT services sales leadership • Domain experience in manufacturing, retail, healthcare, or automotive • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills • Bachelor’s degree required (MBA preferred) #PHHC Pay: $140,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year Benefits: • 401(k) • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Life insurance • Paid time off • Retirement plan • Vision insurance Application Question(s): • This a remote role but will have to travel for business meetings, are you comfortable? • How many years of B2B sales leadership experience do you have in IT services or technology solutions? • Which industries have you sold IT or technology services into?
