Restaurant Cashier/Pick-up/Walk-in – Amazon Store
We are looking forward to meeting a friendly, positive, and honest new member to help handle the cash register as well as credit card transactions. You would also be expected to bag pick-up orders (located in the same station) and greet pick-up customers, phone answer. Responsibilities Manage transactions with customers using cash registers Scan goods and ensure pricing is accurate Collect payments whether in cash or credit Issue receipts, refunds, change or tickets Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas Track transactions on balance sheets and report any discrepancies Packing take-outs Skills Familiarity with electronic equipment, like cash register and POS Strong communication and time management skills Customer satisfaction-oriented High school degree Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $13.00 - $18.00 per hour Benefits: Employee discount Flexible schedule Paid training Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred) Experience: Restaurant experience: 2 years (Required) Shift availability: Day Shift (Preferred) Night Shift (Required) Ability to Commute: Bangor, ME 04401 (Required) Work Location: In person
